Nothing. Membership is free and there is no minimum spend. Message us on WhatsApp with your name and phone number and we will set it up on your first order.
Are these products medical devices?
No. Everything we carry is a lifestyle wellness accessory. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are managing a health condition, keep speaking to your doctor.
How do I know my bracelet size?
Measure your wrist with a tape or a strip of paper and add 1.5cm. Send us the number on WhatsApp and we will size the band before it ships — or bring it to the Ikeja showroom and we will fit it there.
Do you deliver outside Lagos and Abuja?
Yes, nationwide. Lagos and Abuja are same-week; other states are typically 3–5 working days through our courier partners. We confirm the delivery fee in the chat before dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund of the item price. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will arrange the pickup.
Can I buy wholesale or become a distributor?
Yes. We work with partners across Nigeria through Double Plus Daily Use Commodities Limited. Send us a message and we will share the partner pricing and onboarding steps.
